Cancellation Policy
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you have a 6-hour window to request a cancellation. .After 6 hours, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected. Please see our Return & Refund Policy if you wish to return an item after receiving it.
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel within the 6-hour window, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing sensoluxe@gmail.com "CANCEL ORDER #XXXX" and please include your order number in the email subject line for faster processing. Once confirmed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–8 business days.
After the 6-Hour Window
Once 6 hours have passed since your order was placed, cancellations are no longer possible. The order will be processed and shipped as submitted. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped, or submitted more than 6 hours ago, cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–8 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
